Welcome to OneStop Fuel Rewards ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. User Responsibilities and Conduct

Users agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Using the Platform for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform

3. Account Registration and Security

The OneStop Fuel Rewards program allows users to earn and redeem rewards points at participating fuel stations. By participating in the rewards program, you agree to the following:

• Rewards points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold
• Points are earned based on qualifying purchases as determined by us
• Points may expire after a period of account inactivity as specified in the program terms
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time
• Fraudulent activity or abuse of the program may result in forfeiture of points and account termination
• Redemption of points is subject to availability and participating station policies

5. Payment and Transaction Terms

If your use of the Platform includes purchases or financial transactions:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees incurred
• All prices are subject to change without notice
• We are not responsible for errors in pricing or product information
• Refunds and cancellations are subject to our refund policy

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property on this Platform belong to OneStop Fuel Rewards or our licensors. You may not:

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneStop Fuel Rewards and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Service interruptions or delays
• Errors or inaccuracies in content
• Unauthorized access to your account or information
• Actions of third parties or participating fuel stations

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OneStop Fuel Rewards and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Platform

12. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended period of account inactivity
• Technical or security reasons

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kathmandu, Nepal, for the resolution of any disputes.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and OneStop Fuel Rewards regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

By using the OneStop Fuel Rewards Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
